Hi,

What did you do to solve the problem then? My account also has got frozen today on 30th June at 4.10pm and I have my appointment on 2nd July which I need to reschedule. Should I try resetting my password and logging in ?

Only choice I had and was told by customer service was to wait 2-3 business days.

There are a couple of post in this thread explaining what has worked for others. One was to wait 72 hours, which if you are on your 5th day then clearly that is not your answer. Next someone talked to a representative and had it resolved. Send a PM to that person ask for the details or do a Google search.
