The cut corner is normal, all envelopes have a cut corner.    Just make sure it doesn't tear.    I suggest to keep the DO NOT OPEN envelope in the plastic and then inside your carry-on bag for your flight.

We were approved on May 3rd. Hoping she receives it soon because I foolishly bought a plane ticket to leave on May 21. I’m praying she has it on time

It can be 7-14 days after ISSUED status on CEAC before the visa package is delivered.   Info about 3/4 of the way down the page.

CFO is scheduled for May 16th. Thank you for the help. When I track her visa through 2go it’s saying in transit. Hopefully it will arrive soon
