Hey guys, have anyone encountered thesame problem with tourist visa. So my mom went to interview today and she was issued a form that she not having interview because her DS 160 bar code number does not match the ustraveldoc code she used and pay at the bank. And she was given 2days to fix and reschedule another  appointment. Please does anyone have a clue how i can fix the problem.

Somewhere there is disconnect between the DS160 confirmation , appointment and probably the payment.

In my country, while making an appointment, it’ll ask for the DS160 confirmation number and then generates a transaction number that needs to be used to pay the visa fee in a bank. Not sure how the payment is done in your case, may be look into that and make sure they are connected when making a new appointment.

Yea, I mistakenly used ustraveldoc code number as DS-160 while making payment at the bank.
