RFE: submit marriage certificate

I received an RFE from USCIS requiring for additional evidence to process my form.

The requested evidence is to submit a photocopy of the original marriage certificate. Is it ok to send a copy of marriage certificate issued by the PSA(Philippine statistic authority), or a photocopy of it?

Depends... Do you have more than one original? if so, you can send that in but a photocopy would be perfectly fine. Remember, they won't give you any of that back so don't send in the original if you only have one 

03/01/2019 - USCIS Chicago lockbox received case  for AOS/EAD/AP

03/21/2019 - NOA1 received hard copy via post (Notice date 03/14/2019)

That is exactly what they want.  A photocopy of the PSA certificate.

Thank you pusbrk for the reply. I will mail the copy of PSA marriage certificate tomorrow.
