Questions about financial evidence for Affidavit of Support

Good afternoon fellow VJ members! ^_^

I basically had a question in regards to the I-I34 and the I-864 too where my fiance and I are in a situation similar to this one:

His last year tax transcript is above the 2019 Poverty Guideline for the K1 (just barely, at around $17,858) but 2017 & 2016 don't look so good, with figures of $10,339 & $6,814.

However ,this year has been pretty good, even though he got his current job in April 2018, hence the "low" income on last years tax transcript, by the end of this year, the tax transcript should reflect minimum $25,000 but more than likely around $30,000 or more since he will get a better job.

Now my question is:

1. Will the past 3 years tax transcripts be averaged out or is the last year's tax transcript (alongside supporting evidence such as latest pay stubs, employment letter, etc.) be enough?

2. When it comes to AOS... If I were to move this year, of course neither of the last 3 years tax transcripts make "the cut", however the current trend when it comes to his finances is only upwards, and given that he will get a new job which pays more. would submitting pay stubs from beginning of year up until filing of AOS with the respecting employment letter, bank statements, etc. be enough or should we just wait for me to move until next year when his new tax transcript becomes available?

I did try to look through my consulate specific forum but couldn't find an answer to my questions...

Perhaps veterans of all this such as @Greenbaum or @TBoneTX would be able to answer this best?

This website is simply amazing and I thank everyone that has taken the time to reply to my doubts so far

1. Will the past 3 years tax transcripts be averaged out or is the last year's tax transcript (alongside supporting evidence such as latest pay stubs, employment letter, etc.) be enough? They look for a pattern. Is the petitioner trending up in income, if so typically not a big deal for the CO.

You have no influence on the AOS for the interview. All financials come from him.

You will only use the I-134 for the reporting of financial information. I-864 is AOS after marriage.

Thank you so much @Greenbaum

So it wouldn’t be problematic if I were to move this year despite last year’s transcript not making “the cut” for the 2019 poverty guideline?

You can move all you want to. Just keep USCIS updated with new address's.
