Hey everyone, I wonder if anyone else is running into this same problem. The photo of my fiancee is acceptable by their standards when I "Upload Photo" on the previous page, but upon continuing to the page where you "Confirm Photo" the photo never loads and displays "Photo is Loading" and this will go on for 30 mins+ with no resolution.  I have tried using both Chrome and Internet Explorer and both have the same issue. The site will not allow you to click Next to proceed. The photo is a JPEG file. This is so frustrating and it appears that after 2 years later they are still using the same ancient website. Thanks for your help!

I am also having this issue. Did you manage to find any resolution?

The issue we had was that there was too much headroom in the photo. Wherever she went first in Moscow didn't know what they were doing. You may need to have your beneficiaries' photo re-taken and make sure they have experience with US immigration standards for passport photos. The other issue could be the file is too compressed. If you post the photo here I can take a look at it.

Hi, I had the same issue and tried many internet browser without any luck. Technically, the website is freaking bad!

Here is my solution and it worked. My interview got approved.

When you upload the image, try upload a "bad" image (maybe show only half face or so, as long as you make it look bad, it will be fine).

The website will reject the image, then try several times more, finally you will get the confirmation page say that you must bring a photo to the interview and you will have the confirmation number.

Use this DS160 confirmation letter as the one with photo on it..they are the same. The confirmation No is all we need to further step.
