I-130 is taking forever!

Hi everyone! 

I am English and my husband is American

We got married in July 2018

We got notice our I-130 had been received October 25th 2018 by CSC (California)

We haven't heard anything else, and now i am getting worried!! did anyone else apply at a similar time and heard back? Or from experience how long it should take?

My relative has a pending from California Service Center....from June 2018

Thank you, Do you mean before I get approval or denial or the whole process so I can live and work in USA?

Petition approval,  then 2-3 months after that before interview.   The whole process is 12-14 months
