Hello guys

My question is bit confusing

I hv submit documents of my  cousin uncle and aunt  as joint sponsor.

Both are separatly.like first join Sponcer is my uncle n second is my aunt.. who are not living with us. for my wife petition

After reviewing my case ceac said add aunt's documents as household of uncle.. We did it (864A,other documents of her)

In next review they removed all the documents of my aunt ..

And told us that add as household member n than submit..

Now we don't want more complication. b.cz I already have add my mother's documents as my household member..

So wanna remove my aunt

My uncle's documents are accepted...

My mother's documents also accepted

How can I remove it??????

Wts the process?????

They don't allow to delete once you submitted...

If they reject the document than and than only they allowed to delete

Oh, I thought you uploaded but hadn't submitted yet.  There is no way to delete a submitted document.

@IKD once you submitted you can´t delete, I read from another person in another forum that had a similar problem, an she emailed NVC to delete a household member, and it took about 3 weeks for them to answer and actually delete it.

In other hand....are your aunt and uncle living in the same house, do they file taxes jointly?.... I had the same problem with my joint sponsors (my parents in law) because my lawyer uploaded wrongfully  my mother in law, he added her  as a household member of  my husband instead of my father in law, twice!!! so the 2 times the NVC  deleted the household member and only in the second time that they submitted in a wrong way the documents, NVC instructed us to add her to the correct sponsor.

so in case you still wanna add your aunt, then when you are uploading a household member information there is a drop list to choose the sponsor you want to add it to.
