Ds260 was reopened for review

Hi

Can one someone help me i am in administrative processing one year and 8 days.today i login my ceac panel the principal applicant iv application reponed.top of the page it was written that your ds260 was reopened for 2 times for review!!

I filled out again and submitted 

Recieved an thank you email

Can someone help me regarding this?

did you receive information from the embassy to go in and fill out a NEW DS-260 application? have you been contacted by them at all?

Embassy did not contact me for at least one year. Whenever i inquired them they send an automatic response

the DS-260 gets opened automatically every 6 months, unless the Embassy contacts you I would not go in and do an update yourself.

 

after the interview what was their reason for putting you in AP?

For not having sufficient income form i864 . I have to submit joint sponsor

you might want to check and see if it is still an open case, I thought you were only given a certain amount of time to provide co/joint sponsor information

Yes i was given one year to submit joint sponsor and i submitted with in 5 days. Its been one year after submission

I would recommend having the petitioner send an email to have the state senators office send an inquiry about the case.when was the last time it was updated on CEAC for case status?

My petitioner just contacted to her senator. May be with in one or two days we recieved response by them.and i put in inquiry today 8 april 2019 to case update is today but they did not replied and i also filled ds260 today

Yes senator told a Same Standard answer. That my case is in administrative processing and i have to wait . They are verifying my qualifications for immigrant visa

and Case last update has stuck after.no more updates now.
