Tax ID, new baby and I-130

We filed I-130 in late October (for my wife), received a receipt number and are waiting for a response from the USCIS (5 months so far).

Last week we received my wife's Tax ID number (she is the person seeking the green card). Should I send this to the USCIS; will it help speed up the process? If so, what, how and where should I send this - a specific person or office?

As well, our baby was born in February. Now that we have a daughter, should this information be submitted to the USCIS? Would it help speed up the process? And if so, what, how and where would I submit this information (birth certificate, etc)?

Thank you.

TAX ID won't speed up the process. USCIS don't need this. This is for taxes stuff.

Having a baby won't speed up the process.

No, don't need to send to USCIS, it won't do anything.

No, don't need to send to USCIS, it won't do anything. If they call you for an interview, you can bring the birth certificate to the interview.
