What happens next after signing 204g

Hello VJ, I had my green card interview with my wife on Nov 21, 2018. The IO told me they will get back to us within 120 days, on 3/13/19 I received a notification from the USCIS that I should come for second interview, i485 follow up interview on 3/20/19,  we got there and the IO asked us to sign 204g form, that's it.  How long do we wait before we hear from them? Anyone with similar case. I'm in a removal proceedings. Thank you
