Money order Payee Address?

I got my Money order ready for the filing fee, I made it out to the us department of homeland security , under that there is a small space and it says Payee address: should I put anything here or leave it blank? and just sign my signature?

Payee would be US Dept of Homeland Security's Address. You can leave it blank if you want, just put your info in the memo also your info as the PAYOR. As for me on my money order, I filled it all out completely.

for the address? im sending it thru usps

Yes, you can use that address on the money order or leave the address blank.
