I am a US Citizen and had married by spouse under the K1 process. She arrived in the US, we got married within 90 days and sent in the rest of the paperwork for the conditional green card. 6 months in to the marriage she decided to return back to India and we ended up getting a divorce. Recently I received a mail in her name from the USCIS reminding to file for I-751 to remove the conditions on her green card.

What do I do at this point ? The divorce is finalized and she left immediately back to her parents in India after that, It was a no-fault divorce. Should I just call USCIS and let them know she no longer resides in the US ?

I would send them a copy of the divorce decree and a very letter saying you two ended getting divorced and she went back to India on said date. No need to go details, just very briefly tell them what happened.

Ok I can definitely do that and also call them on Monday to see if they need anything else. Is there any particular address and dept to mail it to ?
