While I am aware the green card can take up to 4 months...during a discussion about A-Numbers I looked at my husband passport and it has a different number than the A-Number on his visa petition.

On our approval notice its 111 AAA 222 and in his passport 111 BBB 222.

On our unsuccessful K1 it lists the same AAA 111 222 that our CR1 did.

At POE my husband was not asked any questions at all.

When I look up our case status on the uscis.gov site it just says "Your Immigrant Visa Fee has been paid " or something similar.

Should I be concerned that there are 2 different A-Numbers assi6to my husband? And if yes what should I do?

No, they very often assign a new one after the I-485 petition. Stick to the second one. If you're worried, call the Infoline and they will let you know which one is good to use.
