120 Days rule to count days

my n400 was approved after I passed the Exam. I have been waiting for Oath letter since Nov 2018.  How do I count 120 days, does it include weekends or holidays?  Does that rule apply to me, since the decision was already made (approved)? I thought that 120 days is for those who are pending decision?

I believe you can now send a service request since it's already 120 days, and yes that should include holidays and weekends.

how do I send service request? is it through infopass?  I tried infopass, never a luck getting appointment

yes through info pass, if you can't get an appointment, you can call customer service and they will help create one for you.

I have also reached out to congress office in my local office. They said, my n400 is approved and I'm in line for oath ceremony. But that is the same status I see online in my account since interview.

what is your field office? maybe the oath ceremony really takes longer.

Agreed it doesnt say "business days" so holidays and weekends should be included.
