Hi all,

I've just noticed that our account over at https://my.uscis.gov/account has absolutely no information about our case.

I put our case number in and it just says this:

Whereas, another case number I added to check this has a lot more information... Can anyone tell me if this is normal or if we should get in contact with USCIS?

Mine is the same as yours.   Seems some people have the more detailed info, while others don't, not sure the reason why.  Between stuff like this and the websites never actually updating with approvals, etc... seems USCIS needs to hire a new web developer.

That's some good news, I posted it on our October filers thread too just to see. Kinda panicky about it, lol.

But yes, you would think one response for each thing would be better. USCIS are just leaving themselves open to people not knowing anything.

I also wonder if there is some correlation between users who haven't been approved in the rough timespan we expect from other filers, and seeing this message rather than the other one.

I have the same message as yours. It did not change even though my case was approved. Hope your case will be approved soon.
