Right, you won't be required to bring the 2018 tax transcript as it likely isn't available yet. If your fiance filed taxes last year, she should be able to access her 2017 tax transcript online. She can download that as a pdf, email you the file, and you can print it and bring it to the interview along with the 1040.

If you have time before the interview,   get her to send W2's or IRS transcripts

she needs to send USPS international priorty mail so you get them in about 5 days

regular mail takes weeks and months

I am reading in another thread where the couple received a 221(g) to submit 2018 tax transcript but at the interview he had presented his 2016 and 2017 transcript but they also now are requiring from him his transcript for 2018 which he has not yet completed his taxes.

 

Do either of you know a rebuttal that can be made from official documentation that states that tax transcript is not required until after April 15th that he can use to reply to the 221(g). A link to the document would be greatly appreciated.
