Does this link (form) provided below mean that both me (petitioner) and my friend (potential sponsor with me) will be both sponsoring my fiance or is it only for one person to do this? If it's only for one where do I find the form for us both to sponsor my fiance? Also, where should this form be going?

Each sponsor needs to fill out their own form.

You should attach evidence of your income, such as letter from employer and payslips, in addition to recent letter from bank stating the situation of your bank account (balance, deposits, etc). Also you will need your tax transcripts from the past 3 years and proof of your American citizenship (birth certificate or passport).

All that times 2 if you are filing with a cosponsor.

Send it all to your fiancée so that she can take it to her interview. It can be copies, no need to mail her the originals even though that’s what we did.
