Does this link (form) provided below mean that both me (petitioner) and my friend (potential sponsor with me) will be both sponsoring my fiance or is it only for one person to do this? If it's only for one where do I find the form for us both to sponsor my fiance? Also, where should this form be going? https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134.pdf
Hi everyone, I have several questions about bringing my parents from Canada to US. And doing it the right way. I understand there is a choice of doing it while they are in Canada or doing it from US, hopefully someone can help me with clarifying somethings. 1. If I would like to petition for them after they enter the US, can they go through the boarder normally (Canadians don't needs a visa) or would that be illigal? If so what's the best way to do it? Would it affect their adnace parole later to leave if needed? 2. I also have a minor sibling brother. If they do the process from Canada can he enter the US with them once they get their visa? What the best way to go? If you know any info or have been through this, specifically Canadian because sometimes it's easier. please comments below!! Thank youu
Hello! My husband is an American citizen, and I am Canadian. We have three children who we plan to get American passports for in the near future. We are wanting to move to the US to buy a family house and re-open a family business. We have lived in Canada for over 8 years. Here are my questions: 1) If my husband is able to reestablish domicile, can he sponsor me with his Canadian income from the past several years, or does the sponsor have to be paid in USD? (If USD is necessary we would NEED a joint sponsor, right?) 2) If we use a joint sponsor, does my husband have to reestablish domicile? 3) Is the intention to re-open a family business helpful in establishing domicile or should he look for a job offer instead and we can work on the family business once we get there? TIA
