Case Updated, case history/status unchanged

We received NOA1 on 01.14, the petitioner's address was updated on 01.25, which I could see in the case history. But the 'last updated' date remained as 01.14. Until now! It now shows last updated 02.23, but the case history has not changed and status remains the same.

Is it most likely that this is a delayed result of the address update?

I did run some searches for similar threads as I feel I have seen some before but I am either doing the searching wrong or I imagined the previous posts.

I-130 processing in Nebraska.

Thank you, as always.

Hi Sarah G, Im also in the same dilemma. My I-130 petition was filed on March 20, 2018. I also had an address change on September 2018. Im still awaiting my approval. I sent an Outside Processing Time form and yesterday February 25, USCIS sent an email that my petition is still pending. I cant believe its almost going to be a year and no answer yet. I-130 application is in Nebraska as well.
