Hello to all

I am wondering for the interview in Ghana, how did you package the documented for them?

I want to use a Manila yellow envelope with the metal clasp on it??

How did you arrange your documents? What did you arrange it in?

We just put ours in a folder with tabs on the side so my husband could easily find any documents they might ask for. When my husband got to the embassy, they asked for specific documents like his police report, medical exam, passport, etc. Then asked for any additional evidence we wanted to submit. My husband handed over the folder. They looked through it and actually handed most of it back to him. They kept the new photos since we had already frontloaded and sideloaded our case and they had already reviewed that evidence ahead of time.

For the interview, we put proof that I was in the country and outside the embassy first, then proof of my other trips. They already had most of the evidence from my previous 4 trips, but we wanted to emphasis how much time we had spent together and ensure they knew I had been there 5 times in 2 years. Then we put our updated call/chat logs and a few financial documents. The most important thing is to put whatever you feel is your strongest evidence up front, then go from there.
