I called uscis and they submitted a typographical error request for me and I am going to wait until they contact me back first that's what she said.  And she couldn't advise on whether to file n400 with the old correct card or the new incorrect card. She advised me to ask a lawyer. WTH!   She wasn't helpful and they should be able to know and advise.

So should i go ahead and sumbit 1-90 form now or should I wait until i hear back from the request she submitted ? It might fasten the process ?

I think I will do as what you said. Apply with the old card. But doesn't that be considered expired in their eyes. Or is it better to sumbit the new incorrect one for now and send a proof to Seattle office with the replacement correct one once I receive it ?

Please let us know how this goes ( the typographical error request) , I am in the same boat and hope to have this issue resolved quickly.
