When completing the DS160 do we put the 2GO address as her mailing address so she can pick it up there at MOA 2GO?

DS-160 is not used for retrieving delivery address for 2GO.   

 

For your mailing address in th DS-160 you use your actual address.

 

 

You list your delivery preference for the visa in your profile online

Can you make changes to the DS160 after it is submitted?

No.    But if it is something small you can mention it to the CO during the interview and he can correct the   

 

If it is a big   you can complete a new DS-160 and bring the new confirmation page to the interview.
