Are you applying for dual citizen for the Philippines?

 

You can only list your children that came to the USA with you on a visa then became naturalized citizens also

Here is the problem I'm facing. I want my children to have dual citizenship. However their mother and I never filed for report of marriage nor report of birth for them. We have since been divorced. Another issue we have is the name she has on their birth certificates. She used her birth name however she was adopted by a foreigner in the Philippines and her name was changed. but she never used her adopted name. So two of our children have her name as her "pre adopted maiden name" and one has her "adopted-married" name. Our 3rd child was born after she was naturalized. During the naturalization process it was discovered that she had been adopted and that her True legal name was her adopted name and thus had to be put on her passport and naturalization certificate. So, our first two childrens birth certificate has her birth name but it isn't recognized legally anywhere as she was adopted... our 3rd child has her adopted-married name which matches philpppines records however we never filed report of marriage. So What can I do to get my children their dual citizenship? Thanks and I'm so sorry for this confusing situation. lol.

That is a can of worms for sure.    You are going to need the assistance of their mother to get anything done.
