Hello. My birth year is incorrect on the NOA but correct on I-765 as well as the EAD. I got a RFIE for Birth Certification with English Translation so I submitted the evidence. Do I assume my birth year is corrected?

no.  Did you call the USCIS immediately and tell them the birth date was incorrect as instructed to on the NOA1?

I told the person who did my biometrics as well as the manager working there at the ASC but I don’t think it was corrected.

You are supposed to call the USCIS and make sure it's corrected.  ASC places likely won't do that.  It's important to follow the instructions literally when it comes to the USCIS.  The US govt isn't very good at communicating with itself.

call them so it's corrected in the system.

I am assuming they will do a service request? I see an option online to correct it online.
