Hi, I sent my I-130 petition papers for my Mother on January 29 and recieved by 31. I noticed that they cashed the check and havent heard anything yet. By the way i sent the papers to phoenix lock box. Havent heard anything yet.

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Hello, i got the NOA. Just wondering if you file a prtition for your parent also? If so i was wondering if you send the biometrics fee with the petition fee at the same time ?  Thanks

Hi,  i’ve been thru this process twice with my mom and hubby! My niece is wanting to petition for my sister but their is a conflict on her birth certificate. My sister’s birth certificate and travel docs show first middle and last but on all her kids Birth cert shows her middle and last name only! Will that be an issue with her petition?? Anyone have experience with this?
