Birth certificate issue

Hello guys 

Can some one pls clarify this for me

My name was listed as the father on my child birth certificate but the mum did not gave my family name to her just my first name 

But when my fiancée was filling out the k1 form she used my family name  to filled out the form my question is how will this me a problems in our k1 journey?

Was you child born in Ghana? You may be able to obtain a certificate birth certificate with your family included.

I am a Nigerian living in Ghana and my daughter was born in Nigeria as well.

I meant *certified birth certificate.

Hmm, maybe you should check to with the Nigerian authorities if it's possible to get a new certified birth cert with your family name included. Or you can also obtain a court affidavit proving that you are the father.

OK here is the time my daughter name on her birth certificate is Bright Rejoice and me the father is Bright Ehiabhi 

and the mum name is Bright Faith 

And my fiancée filled and submitted our k1 as Ehiabhi rejoice
