Hi guys,

Me and another brazilian, both with Case Complete and waiting our interview dates at the Rio embassy, just got an email from NVC stating they canceled our interviews and that they will work to reschedule asap. The thing is that neither me or her got the dates before.

I called NVC and they said that indeed they didn’t book it yet but that this email was sent to me, and that probably soon my interview date will be assigned.

Mine and my husband’s lawyer told us that it could’ve been a glitch in their system.

Have this happened to anyone before?

System glitches are not unheard of.

I had a similar glitch email at the USCIS telling me that there was a mail that could not be delivered at my address.

Got me real worried. I called them just to find that it was a system error.

I just got a new e-mail that our case was expedited! They're sending it to the US Embassy in Rio and they will contact me directly to book my interview.

I'm speechless! And SO happy!!!!
