So, Is the status showing ready now ?

If your case is expiring soon and you send an email to embassy  and let them know that you are waiting for their administrative processing to finish and still waiting for your application approval, they remove the expiration flag.

Hopefully your painful wait will be over soon and you will be asked go through a new medical since it must have expired already. Best of luck!

Were you able to contact the embassy? If not - Here is the page where you can submit the request to continue the case https://pk.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiries/

You can mention that your case is under Administrative Processing and they should not let it expire since it's beyond your control to expedite the AP.

don't worry Embassy can change your Expiry date... that date only counts until your first interview if you attend it then u all set just wait until AP is completed. if its already been more then a year after your interview the best way to get out of it ask your petitioner to hire a lawyer in the USA and file a lawsuit against USCIS for pending AP. COurt will order to complete your case within a certain time. Goo luck
