I-134 vs I-864 for K1 after NOA2

I was reading around and saw the I-134 listed as the requirement for K1 after NOA 2 part.

It did mention they also look closely as I-864 requirements. So I looked on the USCIS website and it does not seem to have any I-134 listed anymore, so I'd like to know if our current/most recent NOA 2 filers who got mail from the Embassy requesting the I-134?

Just checking and making sure there are no sneaky upcoming changes.
