Hi,

My fiance's interview for k1 visa was in august 2018. Since then we have been in AP. Then on October 19 our case changed from immigrant to nonimmigrant visa application and the case created date and case last updated date changed to October 19. The status also showed "application received".

Recently the same thing happened again. The case created date and case last updated date changed to Jan 11 2019. The status now said "administartive processing"

Now, the case last updated changed to january 26 2019. Case is still in AP.

Can someone tell me why the case created date changed 2-3 times? Unfortunately we're still in AP

Thanks,

Urva

After our K-1 interview, the "last update date" changed twice before the visa was issued. Hopefully, you will hear good news very soon. In Sha Allah.

It usually means they touched your case on those dates, don't really know what exactly they did. Good luck with the proces, hope you're out of AP anytime soon
