I am an Indian expat  living in Dubai and having  a UAE Residence visa wants to apply for us tourist visa from Dubai.  Will browsing I came across this website http://www.usvisa.ae/  which stated following documents are  required for US Visa.

 

  • Valid UAE residence Visa with 30 days validity
  • Original Passport Required (6 month validity with at least two blank pages)
  • Original NOC letter stating salary, designation, joining date, travel purpose for employee addressing USA Embassy.Valid Trade License copy, Self-Introduction letter stating monthly income, passport details for Partners, Investors & Owners.
  • 3 Recent Photograph with White Background (5*5 CM)

Other than these documents  do we require any other more document for applying us tourist visa from Dubai? Do we also need to share our social media accounts with us visa authorities?

There are no US visa authorities. Fill out the ds160 application using the site posted above. You'll be asked about the purpose of visit. No letters, affidavits, NOCs, etc are required. 

 

Stay away from agents. US tourist visas can be applied on your own. 

I-751 journey

 

10/16/2017.......... ROC package mailed

10/18/2017.......... I-751 package received VSC

10/19/2017.......... I-797 NOA date

10/30/2017.......... Notice received in mail

10/30/2017.......... Check cashed

11/02/2017.......... Conditional GC expired

11/22/2017.......... Biometrics completed

  xx/xx/xxxx.......... waiting waiting waiting
