INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT PROBLEM

Hi guys, I already paid my visa fee yesterday so right now I am trying to schedule an appointment. The thing is, support-philippine@ustraveldocs.com sent me an email last time and provided me an email which is my gmail and a password to be use when I have to open my account for interview. I tried to open that account and change the password but now they are asking for my passport data. I already submit the scan copy of my passport and I am just waiting for their email. I'm confuse if I should make a new profile or should I use the email and password that they already provided.

Used the email they provided you but try to change the password for your own convenient to enable you with a stable memory on your password.

If you have not figured it out you can always call the call center
