I just received the package from 2GO earlier today.

After inspecting, I saw this torn part of the envelope (please see attached image).

Should I just send it back?

I've only opened the 2GO  plastic and not the one containing my passport and envelope

Late update just in case someone is still looking for answers and stumbles into this post.

I sent the packet back. Received the repacked packet after two days. It still has a tore on it, though smaller, and they doubled the plastic pouch containing it haha.

If you're passport is inside the same pouch as the envelope, cut a hole preferably at the bottom part away from the open part of the envelope the same size of your passport to get it out. then seal it with a tape.

If you have to attend Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS), Immigrant Data Summary IS STAPLED SO DON"T REMOVE IT! Take a picture of it instead and make sure that the details are legible, print a copy just in case. It says on the requirements to bring the original copy but I confirmed by calling them that we don't have to bring the original copy and was advised to just take a photo to be shown on the day of the PDOS.

Good luck!
