ROC evidence

Hey,

I'm already preparing my ROC package but I cannot send it until the middle of July.

I have a question regarding the joint bank account:

After I got my work permit and found a job ( June 2017) I opened a bank account with Bank of America ( including a savings account). I wasn't able to be put on my husband's bank account at that time since his bank wanted to see a copy of my Green Card.

After I got my Green Card I switched to my husband's bank but kept the BoA account which I rarely use. My husband and I only have an ATM card for the savings account. 

Basically all the money that went to the BoA account was my salary.

My question is: Do I print out statements from BOTH banks or just from the joint checking account?

 

Furthermore we have:

Copy of my Green Card ( front and back)

Copy of my passport showing my new last name 

Copy of our ID's showing the same address 

Copy of our marriage certificate 

Copy of the leasing contract for the apartment 

Copy of Tax Returns including W-2's ( as of right now 2017; 2018 will follow)

Email from our internet provider and gas company showing me as an authorized user ( he was already with them when I moved to the US; only one name can be on the bill)

Copy of cell phone provider showing joint account 

Copy of dental and vision insurance ( separate health insurances because we cannot afford a joint insurance)

Copy of our life insurance showing us as each other's beneficiary 

Copy of the car insurance and title

Copy of Atlanta Track Club membership showing our names and address

Copies of flight itineraries and hotel bookings

Pictures with our families ( wedding and visits)

Copies of Christmas cards and packages sent to us

Affidavits from at least 2 people ( will follow)

 

We have no credit cards together.

The key word is "joint," which is what USCIS wants to see.

 

You have a lot now.  Regardless, consider drafting wills, medical powers of attorney, and similar documents.  These make excellent evidence for ROC, and they're even more crucial to have in "life."
