Waiting for Packet4

Hi guys!

It's been 1 month and 16 days since the day i sent back Packet 3 to HCMC. This afternoon Kevin called HCM Consulate to ask about it and they said they got my Packet 3 on 10th April. Kevin asked when we expect to hear from them but she wouldn't say anything just said him to call them again on June to check.

Anyway, it's nice to know they got my Packet 3 as soon as i sent back. Just praying and waiting for Packet 4 and interview date.

It will be approximately 2 months after they received your packet 3 as my experience, and the interview date will be 3 months after packet 3 received at Consulate.

Now is the time for evidences, police permit, and other documentations to submit to Consulate in the Interview date....

It means you will receive packet 4 from Mid-Jun to the end of Jun 2007. Your interview date may be on beginning of July 2007. It is begining of American vacation time.

Now is the time for evidences, police permit, and other documentations to submit to Consulate in the Interview date....

my fiancee dropped off packet 3 on may 4th and she still did not recieve any from the consulate yet.

You signature says she dropped it off on March 31st. If that's true you are almost due for Pack 4. If May 4th is correct it will be a little while yet, and your signature is unfortunatley going to be off by a couple months on the interview date!

So Dustin, yr timeline says you got noa 2 on 2-13. Now you are gonna have to get that visa by 6-13? the 4 months USCIS says you got to get it? If not then are they gonna extend it? I am wondering about this cause I still have not heard a thing from P.P.

yes, i think they the embassy will have to extent my date line....my date line is June 12th....let wait and see.

3. form DS 230-completed

4. checklist -I-93 DSL 1076

this afternoon in Phnom Penh time -5-28-2007-, my wife went to IOM to get her vaccine shot again. She did spoke with a few people that already passed their interview and granted visa, they mentioned that her(s) petitioner sent 3 years TAX, pay stubs, employment letter to the embassy in order for them to set up the interview date. so, this is very confusing, under the check list, they only request four items. so i will wait and see.

For my Packet 3 return to Ho Chi Minh Consulate just DS 230 Part 1 - completed and Check list.

I can't get the vaccine and medical exam things until get Packet 4

About 3 years Tax..... MY fiance should done it before my interview that i will have to bring it at my interview day...

I don't know about there in Cambordia. But i think if they don't request it in your fiance Packet 3. It's fine. You just should done those stuff now, before her interview.

I ended up calling and calling the phone number (which was actually to a different country [mexico], not where our embassy is) and they were real unclear about when our Packet 4 would come (wait 60 days, wait 90 days, we already sent it...). Finally I just emailed the embassy in El Salvador and they emailed me the packet the next day. Then I contacted them about the interview date (instead of calling, as I had done about 10 times already), and they emailed me the attachment of the interview date/time letter.

This might help you too -- email the embassy directly and see if they can get you the forms faster, especially if they people on the phone say they already mailed the form and you haven't gotten it yet.
