i received email in reply to my e-request regarding not receiving receipt notice NOA1 i sent inquiry on 12/27/2018 and received reply today 12-29-2018 they say"we have received your service request and researched the status of your case.we have sent you a receipt notice to address on the file" what does it mean if they have previously send receipt then why i have not received it yet i thought they would resend me or would send me copy of it but its strange reply it seems like they are saying they have already send it but so far i have not received it yet they received my case on 11-26-2018 what to do now

Wait for 7-10 days to receive the notice.   They just acted on it 12/29/2018.

i know i have no other option for me other than waiting its just the wording in email is confusing me i was expecting reply like we are resending it i was not expecting such quick reply i will wait for 7-10 days i know people are waiting longer than me for NOA1

online tracking shows my e request processing has finished wow so quick did not expect them to respond and process request so quickly

It says, we have sent you a receipt notice to address on the file"- It is clear that they send the missing receipt you requested.  It is their standard format

Oh I was thinking they are saying they sent it couple of weeks back after receiving my i751 if they sent it now then I might receive it in 7-10 days I heard they say they have sent it initially but they often don’t when we send e request then they actually send it and sometime they initially they send it and it takes 8 weeks to get it so sending e request doesn’t help some anyways thank you guys

dilip thanks i hope they have sent it now i also heard that online status often shows they have sent receipt but in reality they dont send it and when people sends e request then they often send it and sometime even sending e request does not make difference and eventually people get receipt around 8 weeks
