I know you're only asking about immigration stuff, but I feel obligated to at least mention this - do NOT move out until or unless you speak with a divorce attorney first.  Each state has different laws regarding divorce and what it deemed as abandonment of marital property.  Before you move out, make sure that you know your options.  In the meantime, document document document!

 

I'm very sorry that this happened to you, and I wish you the best of luck and peace while you heal.  Also, please do heed the pp's advice on getting tested for any STD's.

Sounds like you already qualify on point 2 to continue the case, and you need to time the finalization of a divorce to occur after an oath ceremony to qualify on point 1.

smart  guy geowrian give excellent advice in all situation. he needs to practice law!
