Tax Transcript Question

Ok I got my tax transcript but I have a couple questions about it.

First, do I need to put my signature on it? And if so should I send the paper copy that has the actual signature or just scan it and send it online to my fiancee to be printed out there?

Second, for some strange reason, the transcript does not have my name on it at all. where my name should be it has one single letter and that letter doesn't happen to match the first letter of my first or last name. Would this be a problem for the visa interviewers? The transcript does have the last 4 digits of my Social Security number. I'm hoping that will be sufficient.

tax transcripts got changed

you do not need to sign it at all

you can just send in the one that is given when you print it off from online.

Well see I got the copy sent to me in the mail. Should I send this copy or can I scan it, and send the photocopy to my fiancee through email then she can print it? I can send this copy I have if necessary.

Scan and email since no signature of any kind is required

YMMV
