AOS filling package

I’m in US on J1 visa and my wife is US citizen and we are filling AOS all forms together and I need your help in these points please ! 

 

Form I-485, Part 2.2 

1- Am i have to select ( yes ) for applying for adjustment of status based on INA section 245(i) ??
And what is the supplement A ? should i submit any thing regarding to this ?

2- I submit two passport style photographs for me in I-130 , Do I need to submit another two photos for me in I-485 and for Employment I-765 ??

 

3- in I-765, Eligibility category , How I can write it based on i'm spouse of US citizen and I'm already on US under J1 visa ?

Is there a 2-year home residency requirement on your J-1? If there is, you have to obtain a waiver BEFORE filing for a GC.

but this is 245(I) : Section 245 of the Immigration and Naturalization Act specifies conditions under which aliens already in the United States in a legal nonimmigrant status may change their status to legal permanent residence ("green card" status) while remaining in the United States.  Doesn’t  that describe me ?

No. It doesn't. 245(i) applies to very few people. And those who it applies to have to submit Supplement A with an extra fee of $1000....

It really doesn't apply to you. Google it if you don't believe me. BTW the (i) part is important. We are talking about INA 245(i), not about INA 245 in general.

Unless somebody filed an I-130 petition for you in or before 2001, no.
