Another question regarding the DS-160.  Can she submit the form via her smart phone, cause she doesn't have a computer and then save the confirmation page and print that out at a later time?

Is there some reason you think she can't?  They don't care how it was prepared as long as it us completed and she has the printout

I didn't see why not but I wasn't quite sure how the confirmation page is on mobile.  if she does like a screenshot and then prints it, I figured that is just as good as printing the page out.

Doesn't matter what "size" computer is used, only thing necessary is that after submitting the DS-160 the confirmation page must be printed out as it will be needed for the interview.
