Yeah, you need to be sick to see your GP, unfortunately. Only admin department deals with documents. If you really want to speak to your GP,  just tell the reception its personal and they will book you in.

Hey just requested my patient summary and they have said it will take “up to 30 days” to get. But my medical is on the 28th feb! 

 

Can i ask, how long did it take for you guys to get them? I’m hoping not the full 30 days as I have barely anything on there! 😑

around 2 weeeks if not less. 30 days is just the general response they give.

if i was you i would call them once in few days  😄 and keep asking if there are any updates on my request. speak with admin only, reception don't know anything. It actually helps, you for sure won't be forgotten.

Ahhh thank you so much!! 🥳 what a relief it won’t take the full 30 days! Thanks so much for the advise I’ll definitely take it, It makes sense to chase it!!
