Hi all,

I am GG and filed the N400 on October 22, 2018 (the I751 still pending).

Had my appointment for fingerprinting on November 19, 2018 and I am in the sweet waiting process.

Welcome to the group!

What additional documentation you filed online with your N400?

Hi Kline,

I didn't file online. I hired the same attorney that processed my GC.

I followed what is written on the form M-477 (on line). They have a list of documents that you need to attach and send along with the N-400 form  depends on your situation.

In my case, I mailed them:

a) photocopy of my expired GC

b) copies of the 2 letters of extension

c) a money order ($725)

d) form G-28 (because I hired a lawyer). Your lawyer needs to sign this form as well.

e) copy of my spouse first page of US passport

f) copy of current marriage certificate

g) three last joint IRS income tax returns

h) copy of our joint mortage

i) copy of the last 3 statements of our shared bank accounts and credit cards

The list of documents depends on your case (whether your spouse is US citizen or GC carrier, whether you were married before, etc.)

Hope this helps!

g
