NVC sent a welcome letter to my petitioner who is my father which includes my Case number and Invoice number. They instructed us to go ahead with the CEAC application using the 6 steps. Unfortunately when i opened the CEAC site it does not give me access to pay my  immigrant visa fees ( Everything appears faint) Can any one explain what the problem is? Also, how much is the visa fee and what financial documents and civil documents are they talking about?
