Can someone who just went through process or is going through tell us what are nvc statuses and what do they mean?

 I know one is "at nvc" what are others?

And when can we fill ds160

Yes, but they are consulate statuses.  READY. ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING, ISSUED

Islamabad,  so whdn can we fill ds160? and create an account on us travel doc?

For most, you need the embassy case number at a minimum.   The DS- 160 takes no time at all to prepare

So there is embassy case no. Too?🙄 when and how we get that?i didn't know about that, is it different than nvc case no?

Yup.  As soon as it is shipped to the embassy you will receive an email from nvc.  If you Google asknvc, you can verify your email with them to make sure they have the right one

  Do i need to ask them question if they have right email adress?

As s part of the form you verify the petitionner email.  The question (more a statement) was i verified the beneficiary email
