Trouble Scheduling Info Pass Appointments

On the USCIS website I tried 2 different offices and they don't seem to be accepting appointments or walk ins, any idea why or what I should do??

You have to keep trying.  It might be 2 weeks before an appointment is available.  I suggest trying around mid-night, or extremely early in the morning.  This can be a challenge sometimes.

That is something different, altogether.  Yes, that is a Mr Obvious statement! 

Did you try calling the center as outlined to see what they recommend?  That would be my next stop

Yes I called and they said they would give me the same info that I received

This is a fairly recent change in policy, but it is the case at many offices now. You have to call to get an appointment. They may still not schedule an appointment unless there is deemed a need to do so.
