What to write on affardavit option: if you have any dependent children 

sponsor is step and had no own children 

will it will be witten blank or the step children number which are sponserd?

I'm not sure if I understand your question but...

Dependents are listed on the tax return.  If step children are on the sponsors tax return then yes they will be listed.  The other part of your question number which are sponsored would mean if this sponsor has sponsored anyone else.

Your question is not clear.  Are you saying the sponsor IS a step child?  Are you saying the sponsor only has "step children"?  Are these step children immigrating to the US with their parent?  We need to understand the full circumstances to advise you properly.
