Will I be denied approval in the us embassy for my CW1 visa application if I have a pending I-130 petition?

CW1 has to be done by an employer right?

I am not sure that anyone here can say if it would be approved or denied if you have a pending I-130, it is possible as the CW1 allows you to enter the USA, they might they you are visa shopping, or attempting to get into the USA just to adjust status.

no visa application is a guarantee.

The CW-1 visa is a very specific visa program that allows employers in Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) to apply for temporary permission to employ foreign, non-immigrant workers who would otherwise be ineligible to work under other nonimmigrant categories.

You are not banned from getting one.
