been trying to get help with my vj acct via contact us no response back for months is there a moderator than can help

@Ontarkie i think there are quite a few out there, this is one i can remember

AOS/EAD/AP ->: 11/29/18 - NOA1: 12/04/18

Biometric NOA:  12/14/18  Biometric Appt: 12/26/18
