Questions about I-34 for K1 Visa

Hey guys I have a few questions regarding the I-34.

1. Is there a a specific time frame in which my work letter, bank statements, etc, have to be printed within for them to be valid at the embassy when my fiance takes those documents to the interview?

2.  For my bank statements, one of the bank tellers printed me off an actual paper showing my deposits over the last 12 months. She also printed me off an account summary showing my present balance of my current accounts, and at the top of these pages it shows the date my accounts were opened.  But it's not an official letter that's written out nor signed by the bank teller, would those printed papers be sufficient evidence?  Or does it have to be a letter like in actual paragraph form with an official signature in black ink?

Appreciate your help and insights!

What embassy?

Are you relying on liquid assets to make up an income shortfall?

Ciudad Juarez, Mexico embassy.

And no, my income well supersedes the federal minimum requirement and federal poverty levels so I'm not having to make up anything using assets.

Then why bother with banking information?

YMMV

On the USCIS website in the section "Checklist of required initial evidence" it mentions the statement from the bank officer https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 . Maybe I misunderstood or maybe I really don't need the bank statements.

If you look at the I-134 instructions is says sufficient income OR financial resources.  Further goes on to say submit evidence as appropriate.

Since your income exceeds then you are not trying to prove the OR

YMMV
